DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TERMS
We do NOT ship bulk orders the same day, because they are custom/ special orders. It may take 3-5 days to process your order. Bulk orders cannot be canceled, and are non-refundable. Shipping/ Processing Times We ship orders Monday through Friday(Before 2pm), excluding weekends and holidays. Processing for orders is 1- 3 Days. Items on backorder will ship as soon as they arrive. *Shipping may take 3 to 6 days longer than normal to deliver during the holiday season.
U.S. Delivery Options
Free U.S. Delivery: On all orders over $100, unless another special coupon is applied to the order. This option includes insurance and it is recommended, that you add a signature for a secured delivery. USPS First Class Delivery: 2-5 Days. First Class Shipping is un-insured and un-secured. You have the option to add insurance and a secured signature at checkout, for an additional fee per option. USPS Priority Delivery: Up to three (3) business days. Priority Shipping is insured up to $50 and is un-secured. You have the option at checkout, to add a signature for a secured delivery. There is an additional fee for the signature option. Note: Ms. Mink Lashes is not responsible/liable for any shipping courier’s error during transit, including damage and loss of package, and for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct address during checkout, track their package during transit, reschedule missed deliveries, add insurance (in case the package is lost), add a signature to secure the delivery (Packages are never left un-attended, they are delivered directly to the recepient), and to be available at the time of delivery, for a successful delivery.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Once your shipping label is purchased, the shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders that are shipped out, can not be cancelled. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show updates. In some rare cases the tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time, if you’ve tracked the order, spoke with your local post courier, and the package has not arrived. You can track the status of your package at the ‘Track & Confirm” page of the USPS website.
International Delivery Options
Our official store now accepts international orders. U.S. & International shoppers may also shop our Etsy store at Ms. Mink Etsy Shop to place an order. Etsy accepts orders from the following countries:

All product pricing and shipping cost indicated on this website do not reflect any additional fees, including any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its final destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their items. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs. Please contact your customs agency officials to find out if your items will require import taxes and duties to be paid(if any). Items that are returned directly through the courier after they have been abandoned are non-refundable, as the courier does add a $25 fee for the return. We will not be liable and will not issue a refund to you.

Order Cancellations After you have placed an order and it has shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order, and our original return policy will apply. Wholesale/ Bulk Packages are non-refundable, and non-returnable. All wholesale/ bulk packages are special orders, so you will not be able to cancel your order after it is placed, and our original return policy will apply.
Returns and Exchanges
After Delivery, Please check your order for inconsistencies and report them within 24hrs of delivery! Do not open items if they were sent in error, because they will have to be returned in the condition that they were received for an exchange or refund to be issued. We don’t accept returns for any open or used items.
Order Errors If your order is incorrect, you are able to return it to us un-opened/ un-used. Contact us to receive an authorization and return the item to us in perfect condition (packaged within the original tamper-proof seal) within 14 days of the delivery date. Be sure to use a trackable return method. We are not liable for the loss of packages that are returned to us. We will not be liable for shipping cost, nor will we refund the cost of your return shipping, when the buyer ordered the incorrect item, and request a return for a product exchange.
